Dispositional goal

Over the last few weeks for my dispositional goal I have been working on getting all my follow ups quickly so that I do not have to worry about them later and so that I keep on top of my follow ups. I think that I have done quite well with most of them although I could still get some of my follow ups done quicker. I also think that to make it easier for myself I should focus on one follow up at a time instead of doing parts of each one. Overall I think I have done quite well but there is still room for improvement.
