My top 3 favorite rides at Disney World

A few weeks ago I was in the USA on a family holiday. We started in Chicago and went on a two and a half week road trip following the Mississippi River to New Orleans. We then flew from New Orleans to Orlando and went to Walt Disney World. While we were at Disney World we had a great time. We did have two days at our resort due to Hurricane Irma but apart from that it was a very enjoyable time.

At Disney World there is four main parks, two water parks and Disney Springs which is a shopping area with bars and restaurants. While we were there we did not go to the water parks but did go to al four main parks and Disney Springs. The four parks at Disney World were Magic Kingdom which is the iconic park with the castle. In Magic Kingdom there are 5 different lands within the park which are Main Street USA, Tommorowland, Fantasyland, Frontierland and Adventureland. The next park was Epcot ( Experimentel Prototype Community Of Tommorow). Epcot is split into two main areas: Future World and World Showcase. Future World is based around science and technology and World Showcase is a lake surrounded by 11 different pavilions representing different countries from around the world. The next park is Hollywood Studios which is themed around Hollywood and movies and had lots of things about Star Wars and movie making. The final park is Animal Kingdom which is the newest park and is themed on animals. Animal Kingdom has 6 different areas within the park which are Oasis, Pandora- World of Avatar, Africa, Asia, Discovery Island and Dinoland U.S.A.

There was so many awesome rides at Disney World but I am just going to go over my top three.
3: At number three is Test Track in Future World at Epcot You start off the ride by designing your car. Dad and I designed ours together and I was pretty happy with it. After designing your car you move on to the testing stage. We strapped ourselves in and then we were off. The ride started off by winding around inside the building and then we stopped. It was time for the power test. We accelerated and we were heading strait for the wall but then at the last second the wall opened up and we zoomed outside. As soon as we were outside I felt the air blowing in my face. We went round a few corners and then we went down a big strait. We built up speed until we were going 70mph ( 112 kph) which is the fastest speed you go out of all the Disney World rides. As we banked up on the side of the track I felt like I was getting sucked out of my seat. We then slowed back down and came to a stop after that thrilling ride.

2: My second favorite was was the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train in Fantasy Land in Magic Kingdom. I hopped in to the wooden mine train. We wound our way through the Enchanted Forest and then went through the mining tunnel. We climbed our way slowly up the the tunnel and as we got to the top we shooted out into the open. It was so much fun as we curved around randomly dipping and going over lots of bumps and humps. As we got to the end of the ride we went past Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. It was great fun and it is one that I will remember for a long time.

1: Now for my favorite ride in Walt Disney World at number 1 is Flight of Passage in Pandora- World of Avatar at Animal Kingdom. Pandora was amazing it is like your in the movie. There was even the island that were almost floating in the air. Flight of Passage is the newest ride in the whole of Disney World and has only been open about six months. It is a simulator ride where you ride on the back of a Banshee through Pandora. I walked into the simulator room and there were about ten motorbike type things lined up. I hopped on one of them and got fastened into place. It felt like you were actually sitting on the back of a Banshee which is a flying dinosaur type creature in the movie Avatar. You could even feel the Banshee pulsing between your legs. As we took of it was amazing it was so real I even could feel the wind blowing in my face and I could smell the plants and water as we flew through this amazing land dipping and diving under floating islands.

My time at Walt Disney World in Orlando was incredible it was like you were inside a massive bubble. It really is one of the most magical places on earth.
